    MotsDeMinuit 0.5.0

    Release notes for version 0.5.0 (build +5) — the game speaks Dutch, the
    Dictionnaire lands next to the board, and the day turns over at midnight.

    What is Mot de Minuit?

    Once a day you receive 16 letter tiles with Scrabble-like values (1–4) and
    3 daily challenges. Assemble one word from the tiles — each tile usable only
    once. Your base score is the total value of the tiles your word consumes,
    and every challenge you satisfy adds its difficulty-weighted bonus on top.
    Everyone plays the same puzzle on the same day, generated deterministically
    from date + seed — and you get one shot a day: once you submit, the day
    is closed.

    What's new in 0.5.0

    • The game speaks Dutch — a language switch in the configuration page
      (« Suivre la langue de l'appareil », Français, Nederlands): the whole
      app follows the chosen game language — UI, rules dressing, and the daily
      pipeline. Each language plays on its own data: the Dutch build ships the
      WikiWoordenboek word list and a Dutch frequency corpus, the challenge cards
      carry per-language curated examples, and the Wiktionary link follows the
      game language too.
    • The Dictionnaire — form a valid word and the dictionary medallion appears
      next to the score; touch it to read the word's definitions, served from
      bundled pre-sharded Wiktionary/WikiWoordenboek assets with a link out to the
      full entry. Every played word in the historique opens the same page from its
      card.
    • The day turns over at midnight — keep the app open across midnight and
      the board resets itself for the new day's puzzle, no restart needed.
    • Ton Parcours — each revealed previous week is crowned with its own score
      card.
    • The rules wear their success — a satisfied challenge card shows in its
      succeeded dressing; « Syllabe répétée » is renamed « Séries de lettres
      répétées », the single-vowel card explains its repeat-count wording with two
      more examples, and the proper-noun challenge card is dropped.
    • A new launcher icon — a letter tile M on the night sky, with the adaptive
      icon fix so it renders correctly on masked launchers.
    • Layout fixes — the dictionary medallion never moves the board, the rules
      carousel swipes with a mouse drag on desktop, and the score pill is a plain
      centered read-out.

    Wat is Mot de Minuit?

    Eens per dag ontvang je 16 lettertegels met Scrabble-achtige waarden
    (1–4) en 3 dagelijkse uitdagingen. Vorm één woord van de tegels — elke
    tegel slechts één keer bruikbaar. Je basescore is de totale waarde van de
    tegels die je woord verbruikt    , en elke behaalde uitdaging levert zijn
    moeilijkheidsgewogen bonus op. Iedereen speelt dezelfde puzzel op
    dezelfde dag, deterministisch gegenereerd uit date + seed — en je krijgt
    één poging per dag: eenmaal ingediend is de dag gesloten.

    Wat is er nieuw in 0.5.0?

    • Het spel spreekt Nederlands — een taalkiezer in de configuratiepagina
      (« Suivre la langue de l'appareil », Français, Nederlands): de hele
      app volgt de gekozen speltaal — UI, spelregels en de dagelijkse pipeline.
      Elke taal speelt met eigen data: de Nederlandse variant bevat de
      WikiWoordenboek-woordenlijst en een Nederlands frequentiecorpus, de
      uitdagingkaarten dragen per-taal uitgewerkte voorbeelden, en de
      Wiktionary-link volgt de speltaal mee.
    • Het woordenboek — vorm een geldig woord en het medaillon verschijnt
      naast de score; tik erop om de definities van het woord te lezen, uit de
      meegeleverde Wiktionary-/WikiWoordenboek-data, met een link naar het
      volledige lemma. Elk gespeeld woord in de historiek opent dezelfde pagina
      vanaf zijn kaart.
    • De dag gaat om middernacht over — houd de app open over middernacht en
      het bord reset zichzelf voor de puzzel van de nieuwe dag, zonder herstart.
    • Ton Parcours — elke onthulde vorige week wordt gekroond met zijn eigen
      scorekaart.
    • De regels dragen hun succes — een behaalde uitdagingkaart toont zich in
      haar geslaagde versiering; « Syllabe répétée » heet voortaan « Séries de
      lettres répétées », de klinkerkaart legt haar herhalingsformulering uit met
      twee extra voorbeelden, en de eigennaam-kaart is geschrapt.
    • Een nieuw app-icoon — een lettertegel M op de sterrenhemel, met de
      adaptive-icon-fix zodat het correct toont op masked launchers.
    • Layoutfixes — het woordenboekmedaillon schuift het bord nooit, de
      regels-carrousel veegt met een muissleep op desktop, en de scorepil is een
      sobere gecentreerde uitlezing.
